Soma Yoga 8 Week Journeys welcomes you to a cool sangha (community) of humans, helping each other stay motivated on our paths of personal (physical, mental, emotional & spiritual evolution).

All levels of experience welcome.

This is a great chance to go deeper with your practice and to apply the timeless wisdom and techniques of the sages and modern scientific understandings, to your life.

- Pranayama/Breath Work
- Flowing Sequences
- Somatic Movement
